  • No signs of wear, damage, modification, or sharpening beyond factory condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

If approved, we will:

We reserve the right to determine whether the damage is due to manufacturing defect or misuse.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change a product, you must:

  2. Place a new order.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
