1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier disruptions

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Shipping method selected
Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Legal Responsibility & Import Restrictions
Our products may be subject to legal restrictions depending on your country or region.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

If a package is seized or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:

Lost packages marked as delivered

Theft after delivery

Damage caused during improper handling by the carrier (unless insured)
If you wish to add shipping insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

We are not responsible for delivery failure.

Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (if applicable).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit:

Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If a package arrives visibly damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the packaging and product.
We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is:

Refused by the customer

Returned due to failed delivery attempts

Returned due to unpaid customs duties
The customer will be responsible for:

Return shipping costs

Reshipping fees
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
