By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally allowed to purchase and possess the product in your country or region.
You understand and accept your responsibility regarding local laws and import regulations.

We are not responsible for products seized, restricted, or prohibited by local authorities.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) & USD ($).

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applied to the order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

In case of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Order Process

An order is considered confirmed once:

You receive an order confirmation email.

Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.

7. Delivery

Delivery conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product has been handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and not contractual guarantees.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

Notify us in writing within 14 days.
Return the product unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Used products
Customized products
Products damaged by misuse

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

9. Warranty

We guarantee that products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidents
Modifications
Sharpening or disassembly

If a defect is confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Transportation failures

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to products, designs, branding, images, and website content remain the exclusive property of ATD Concept.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of:

In case of dispute, the competent courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
